Today I picked card 4 from the Chanukah spread, based on the letter Yod, seen as Universe – Gift of the universe. The question is: What resource or strength do you have that is far more than you thought?

I pulled Ten of Teacups from the Tarot of Jane of Austen. Depicted are The Darcys (Fitzwilliam and Elizabeth) and the Bingleys (Charles and Jane) before a large family home. They are happy. A rainbow accentuates this. One of the themes of the card is domestic happiness.

Again I have pulled a card that addresses my home life! My resource of strength -gift of the universe- is based in my family, my home. It is true that I am blessed with them and the card shows that. Still, probably the tarot wants to stress that home and family are important, and also wants to reassure me of the strong resource and strength of it. I’ve pulled many cards lately that showed a conflict between my home and my work. “Your family is a strong base”, it seems to say, “even stronger than you think.”
