Yom Kippur Katan

The day before Rosh Chodesh is called Yom Kippur Katan and is a day of repentence. Repenting makes it possible to begin the new month with a clean sheet. My question was: “What was my sin this last month?” The answer came as Ace of Disks from the Tarot of the Crone.

On the card a body is depicted, the part of the body in which vital organs have their home. The card relates to issues surrounding body and health. My sin this month was that I let my mind reign over my body. I could not stop typing while I was in pain. I was very angry with myself that I could not stop, and yet at the same I was very passionate about what I did, and angry at my limitations. Here we see the Knight of Quills/Swords back again, my card of this month, drawn with the question what I could renew this month. This Knight is Air/Air, very much mind, no care for the body.                             Yom
