Seven Caers, Card 5, Lost Opportunities

It is full moon and Passover. We celebrated it with the Jewish congregation here this evening. We felt at home with the people who were there. It was nice to eat and talk and celebrate with them. My card is about a different subject.

For Card Five in the Reading of the Seven Caers (towers) I have pulled Stone Two (Tow of Pentacles) from the Arthurian Tarot.

The card represents lost opportunities that impede my progress (on my spiritual road). The card shows two slippery roads, both seem unsafe to walk on. It shows the doubt I often have in what to do or not to do, to hold on or not to hold on, not being able too choose which slippery road I shall take. This results long sometimes in staying in relationships too long, or holding on too projects too long, but what doubting does for my journey is nurturing my integrity. This card is the opposition of the King of Swords who uses the cutting sword.

This card stood leaned to some books on my desk already for two days. I am still not really confident about my interpretation, but this comes somewhere in the neighbourhood.
